Every space in the Riechmann Pavilion parking lot is reserved for festival guests with ADA hangtags and/or license plates.
East Walnut is closed to general traffic at Old Hwy. 63. Only those vehicles with ADA hangtag or license plate are permitted to enter on to East Walnut. In the Riechmann Pavilion parking lot our ADA assistance staff have carts available to transport our guests in need of mobility assistance.
Additional ADA parking will be available after 5pm each evening in the Stephens Lake Park east parking lot on Old Hwy 63. Services for Independent Living will provide a para-transit shuttle to the entrance for those guests who need assistance.
The ADA entrance is next to the Riechmann Pavilion. Guests with limited mobility may request an ADA card with instructions to utilize our free ADA cart shuttle service to specified locations throughout the festival grounds. Locations are marked on the festival map in the pocket guide and on the Roots N Blues mobile phone app.
Routes as flat as possible are mapped out from the entrance to each of the stages and VIP lounges and near the vending areas. The grass will be cut prior to the event to keep the terrain as manageable as possible.
Within the festival grounds, a free para-transit cart shuttle will be provided.
Due to the music and other background noise, we recommend you text the phone number on the card provided at the entrance to request a ride: 573-514-3428. (this phone is only monitored during festival hours of operation). Provide the numbered location where you wish to be picked up in your text message. You may call this number if texting is not available to you. ADA drivers and carts will meet you at that location to transport you to your location of choice.
Accessible porta-potties are located at every porta-potty location on the map.
Please contact us 72 hours in advance to identify your needs and approximate arrival time in order that we may better serve you. During festival hours, please call or text 573-514-3428
