Get ready for the 2012 edition of the Roots N Blues N BBQ Half-Marathon and 10k. This year the race is taking place on Saturday, September 22, 2012. Come out and enjoy music along the course, delicious BBQ and beer at the Finish line.
New for 2012 we will be working with Kansas City Running Company, the group that brings you Rock the Parkway. In addition to working with this great group we will be making some exciting changes to the 2012 event.
- New earlier start times!
- Separate finishers medals for the 10k and half marathon
- More aid stations (6 in total for the half)
- Awesome race shirts
All race participants will receive one complimentary ticket to the BCNB Roots N Blues N BBQ Festival on the day of the race.
