The half marathon, 10k run and 5k run fees listed above have online processing fees and park usage fees included. Register by September 14th to guarantee a shirt.

There is no parking available at Stephens Lake Park. Downtown Columbia Garages are FREE Saturday & Sunday; please follow all posted parking signs and restrictions.
Shuttle service for the run will pick up starting at 6am. Please allow extra time for this option.

This may be your first race or your hundredth race. Whatever your skill level, this training plan will help you achieve your goal. Before you begin, answer these questions: What is your goal? Why do you want to train? Is it to cross a half marathon or 10K run off your bucket list? Is it to beat your personal best? Is it to manage your weight? Is it to spend time with friends?
