Training Plan

This may be your first race or your hundredth race. Whatever your skill level, this training plan will help you achieve your goal. Before you begin, answer these questions: What is your goal? Why do you want to train? Is it to cross a half marathon or 10K run off your bucket list? Is it to beat your personal best? Is it to manage your weight? Is it to spend time with friends? Decide why you are training and what you would like to accomplish to get the most from this program. Happy training everyone!
