‘Whole Hog Parking’ – Just drive up and walk in, our professional valet service will take care of the rest…and when you’re ready to leave, just check in at the Whole Hog Lounge and our valets will bring your car to you.

‘Whole Hog Gift Bag’

When you arrive to check in either Thursday at the ‘Whole Hog Roast’, or Friday/Saturday at the ‘Whole Hog Lounge’, you will receive your special bag of Whole Hog gifts, including your personalized lanyard, required for all Whole Hog events/areas; gifts from all Roots ’N Blues ’N BBQ sponsors; a detailed itinerary and map of the festival and special Whole Hog events; a menu from the ‘Whole Hog Lounge’; all in a special limited edition souvenir ‘Whole Hog VIP’ canvas bag.

Whole Hog Roast featuring Ruthie Foster and Music Maker Revue

‘Whole Hog Roast’ Pre-Party Thursday, Oct. 2 from 5:30-9:00 p.m. at the historic and newly restored Missouri Theatre with a private performance featuring Ruthie Foster and members of the Music Maker Relief Foundation. Texas-based Ruthie Foster mixes contemporary folk with old-school gospel and blues and MMRF is a collaboration of true roots artists carrying on the Southern music tradition. This party includes all the red carpet treatments – valet parking at the door, special Whole Hog cocktails, and of course, a Whole Hog Roast with all the fixins.

Whole Hog Lounge

‘Whole Hog Lounge’ Friday, October 3, from 5-10 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 4 from noon-10 p.m. — The Tiger Hotel’s Ballroom will be converted to look like a 1930’s-era blues bar, open during all hours of festival operations and conveniently located at the Cherry Street stage intersection. The ‘Whole Hog Lounge’ will provide barbeque and other food: ‘Whole Hog Cocktails’ and non-alcoholic drinks; private indoor restrooms; meet-and-greet opportunities with artists throughout both days; private performances; live video feed from stages; and of course we’ll show the Missouri Tigers football game on Saturday!

Whole Hog Tents

‘Whole Hog Tents’ Friday, October 3, from 5-10 pm and Saturday, Oct. 4 from noon-10 p.m. — No need to stand in lines or run to the nearest ATM for cash to satisfy your hunger and thirst – just step in to one of our Whole Hog beverage tents, located near each of the other stages at Peace Park and Flat Branch Park.

Whole Hog Access

‘Whole Hog Access’ to our late night blues jams, Friday 11 p.m.-1 a.m. and Saturday 11 p.m.-1 a.m. — Just can’t get enough o’ the blues? Present your lanyard at the door for free admission at The Blue Note each night after the festival shuts down. A menagerie of artists will join together for an unprecedented jam of all genres – blues, soul, folk, gospel, bluegrass, ...if it’s got roots, you’ll hear it here. Complimentary ‘Whole Hog Cocktails’ too, and who knows…you just might find yourself sitting next to a legend at the bar.

Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive an email confirming your reservation(s). An information packet of specific times and directions for all Whole Hog Package details and parking pass will be sent to the mailing address above, no later than Sept. 15, 2008.

Your lanyard will be issued to you at the Thursday night Whole Hog Roast, or if you are unable to attend, it will be available at the Tiger Hotel when you arrive there.

A valid state ID is required to claim your lanyard. Whole Hog Packages are nonrefundable. Whole Hog Packages are inclusive of alcoholic beverages; however, patrons under 21 will NOT be served alcohol.
