James Hand

Though he is a local music legend in Texas, James “Slick” Hand’s forty years of musical experience have only recently become recognized on a national level. His country style has classic strains of Lefty Frizzell and Hank Williams, while his songwriting is completely original, influenced only by the artists life experiences. In the last few years, James Hand has toured the US, UK, and Europe, written a new album, and fulfilled the life-long dream of appearing on Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry
